Web-based e-learning is not restricted by time or place and can provideteachers with a learning environment that is flexible and convenient, enablingthem to efficiently learn, quickly develop their professional expertise,and advance professionally. This study aims has been evaluate the acceptanceof using web-based e-learning systems for in-service education of employeesin Jihad agriculture of Bushehr. In order to, We distributed questionnairesto 190 employees in Jihad agriculture of Bushehr. This study usedthe Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as our theoretical foundation andemployed the Structure Equation Model (SEM) to examine factors that influencedintentions to use in-service training conducted through web-basede-learning. The results showed that Internet self-efficacy were significantlypositively associated with behavioral intentions regarding the use of webbasede-learning for in-service training through the factors of perceived usefulnessand perceived ease of use. The factor of motivation to use had asignificantly negative effect on behavioral intentions through the factor ofperceived ease of use. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use werethe primary reasons for the acceptance of web-based e-learning systems forin-service training

E-learning is not restricted by time or place and can provide teachers with a learning environment that is flexible and convenient, enabling them to efficiently learn, quickly develop their professional expertise, and advance professionally. The overall objective of this study was to investigate the possibility of implementation of E-Learning system in the Persian Gulf University of Bushehr. Statistical population of this study included students at 90-91 semester in Bushehr University. Sample size was 360. The method for selection of statistical sample size was stratified random sampling method. To confirm the validity of questionnaire content validity was used. Therefore, the opinions of teachers and experts were obtained. The reliability of the questionnaire was measured by Cranach’s alpha. The coefficients of different sections of questionnaire are between 0/90 to 0/97. For data analysis, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (ANOVA one-way and t-test) was used. The results showed that the students of Persian Gulf University have relative readiness to participate in E-learning. In addition, analytical data indicated that the faculty of Literature and Humanity Science and Engineering had the highest score, but the read in ess to participate ine-learning between these faculties with others has no meaningful difference.
